Three questions and we will tell you which of our massages makes the most sense for you today.
What brings you here today?
How much time do you have?
What kind of touch do you prefer?
Three things that shape a session more than the name of the treatment you pick.
The two minutes of conversation before a session are worth more than any menu description. Tell us where the tension sits, how you have been sleeping, whether you trained, whether you are pregnant, any recent surgery or oil allergy, and the pressure you like — soft, firm or deep. That is what the therapist builds from: the order of the work, the minutes spent on each area, the oil. And if something is not working halfway through, say so. We adjust there and then.
Thirty minutes is for one area only — neck and shoulders, or feet. Sixty is the minimum for a whole body without rushing. Seventy-five or ninety change things when the back and legs need slow work, or when it is your first massage in a long time: the body spends the first quarter of an hour simply letting go. Torn between two lengths? Take the longer one. Nobody has ever left wishing they had booked less time.
Drink water — after drainage and ayurvedic work the body genuinely asks for it. Leave training and heavy meals for the next day, choose a warm shower over a hot bath, and keep the hour that follows for nothing in particular. After deep work the muscles can feel like the day after training: it passes in twenty-four to forty-eight hours. And sleep well. The best part of the effect usually arrives that night.
Book online in under a minute, choosing the space, the therapist and the hour. If you are still weighing up two treatments, thirty seconds on the phone will settle it — that is what we are here for.
